A graveside service for Phyllis Yoder will be held at 9a.m. Saturday, November 30th at West Union Cemetery in rural Wellman. A Celebration of life service will follow at 10:30a.m. at Prairie Flower Baptist Church in rural Washington. Visitation will be Friday, November 29th from 4-7p.m. at Prairie Flower Baptist Church. Memorials have been established for Hospice of Washington County and Bible study fellowship.
