The Kalona Municipal Pool opened last week, just in time for the more consistent summer weather. Opening day for the pool was officially May 30.

For the rest of the season, the pool will be open Monday through Saturday from 1-7 p.m. and Sundays from 1-6 p.m. Children two years or younger will be admitted for free, while youth and adult daily admission is $5. An individual season pass is $100 for Kalona residents, $125 for non-residents, $160 for a residential family season pass, and $200 for a non-residential family.
