The Washington City Council met on Tuesday evening; on the agenda were two mayoral appointments to the Washington Library Board of Trustees. Mayor Millie Youngquist made the appointment, “Next under special presentation. I have the honor of appointing two individuals to the Library Board of Trustees, Owen Piette and Kerrie Willis.” Both Piette and Willis will serve six-year terms on the board to end in 2030.
