The last Legislative Briefing of the year was held yesterday at the Kalona Historical Village. State Representative Heather Hora and State Senator Dawn Driscoll began the event with an update on the projects they are working on and the committees they sit on. After this update, the attendees were able to ask a question or make a remark that would be responded to by the legislators. After the briefing, participants were given discounted tickets to tour the on-site museum facilities.
