Funeral services for 72-year-old Richard “Dick” Kessler of Richland will be Monday, April 1st at 11:30a.m. at Lightning and Thunder Ministry Apostolic Center in Ottumwa. Visitation will be held immediately preceding the funeral at 9:30a.m. Burial will be at the Old Methodist Cemetery in Richland. Memorial to the Lightning and Thunder Ministries Lusaka Mission may be left at church or mailed to the family. Gould Funeral Home in Richland is in charge of arrangements.
