An open visitation for 84-year-old Bill D. Cobb of Richland will be held from 3-7 p.m. Wednesday, April 7th at Gould Funeral Home in Richland. Family will not be present, and masks are required. Memorials have been established to the Richland Volunteer First Responders, Richland Volunteer Fire Department, or PAWS & More Animal Shelter in Washington. Gould Funeral Home is handling arrangements.
