Chalk up another Washington softball player that will be playing at the next level, as Kellie Dallmeyer recently announced on social media her plans for next year.

The senior will be hitting the diamond at the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, Minnesota and major in exercise science. The Tommies moved from a non-scholarship NCAA Division III school to Division I this year and will compete in the Summit League conference. Dallmeyer has been a reliable defender at shortstop and led the team in batting average each of the last three seasons. This past summer in a shortened campaign she compiled a .396 batting average with 38 hits, 24 RBI, and 27 runs scored en route to a second team all state selection.

Dallmeyer is the second Demon softball senior to announce plans to play in college, as Cara Linnenkamp signed to Southeastern Community College last month.
