The unblemished conference record is still intact for the Winfield-Mt. Union volleyball team, as they made the short trip to Lone Tree last night and won in straight sets.

The Wolves handled business with set scores of 25-4, 25-4, and 25-13. Jenna Buffington led the offense once again with 12 kills and Madie Anderson recorded nine. Kayla Edwards dished out 13 assists, Buffington was successful on 27 of 28 serves with seven aces, and Kyndal and Keetyn Townsley each had nine digs. 

The Wolves improve to 19-6 overall and 6-0 in the Southeast Iowa Super Conference. They return home tomorrow against Louisa-Muscatine. Lone Tree is now 5-15 overall, 2-3 in the league, and they travel to Columbus tomorrow.
