The Washington bowling teams made a trip to the Rose Bowl in Muscatine on Monday to duel Louisa-Muscatine with the hosts claiming a pair of victories.

The Demon girls fell to the 41-0 Falcons by a final pin count of 3,001 to 2,342. Taylor Northup led Washington with a two-game score of 377. Other scoring included Taylor Janecek 325, Rylie Swart 305, Leigha Heisdorffer 289, Dawsen Schluetter 261, and Katie Donnelly 221. Baker scores included 167, 125, 135, 170, and 188.

The boys lost 3,123 to 1,823 pins. Drake Schluetter led the way with a 380 and Ethan Zieglowsky was not far behind with 374. Other performances included Liam Eldridge 243, Aidan Miller 185, and Zakkary Hesseltine 67. Baker scores were 93, 120, 143, 96, and 122.

The Demons hit the lanes again on Saturday for the Southeast Conference tournament in Fairfield.
