Taxes will be discussed by the Washington City Council at their regular session meeting tonight. A public hearing is scheduled for maximum property tax dollar levy for the fiscal year 2021 budget prior to the council’s official consideration. The council will discuss and consider the resolution to set the tax for the fiscal year 2020-21 budget that begins July 1st. Also, on the agenda is the consideration of quotes for well repairs. The meeting begins at 6 p.m. at the Washington Fire Station.
