Postseason wrestling is upon us, as area wrestlers will have a chance for a conference title today when Lone Tree hosts the Southeast Iowa Super Conference tournament.
Other area schools that join the Lions include Highland, Columbus Community/WMU, and WACO. The Wildcats are a team that could compete for the team race and Lane Scorpil leads them with a 27-0 record at 106 lbs. Bryce Thompson for the Huskies could find himself on top of the podium, as he carries a 20-2 record at 113 lbs. WACO’s Jalen Collins and Jaden Williams each recorded their 100th career victory this past week and have over 30 in their senior campaigns. Tim Mills leads the Lions with a 29-11 record at 220 lbs.
