Plans for the Whitesell property, a 9/11 Memorial, and a disorderly house provision for public peace will be discussed at tonight’s Washington City Council meeting. In the fall, Whitesell announced that it would close in Washington and the company is giving the property to the city. On tonight’s agenda are agreements for consulting services, including a roof inspection. A special presentation of a 9/11 Memorial returning to the Washington County Fair will be presented. And the third reading amending the public peace ordinance will be held. The meeting begins at 6 p.m. at the Washington Fire Station.
