A Brighton woman faces multiple drug charges following an arrest Sunday. According to the Washington County Communications Office, at 11:28 a.m. a vehicle was stopped in Washington in the 500 block of Highway 1. Officers arrested 36-year-old Tara Kae Evans. She’s charged with possession of methamphetamine third offense, possession of marijuana third offense, driving while license under suspension, and possession of drug paraphernalia. She was taken to the Washington County Jail. A search warrant was executed on her vehicle and additional charges are pending per DCI lab results.
