A man recently sent to prison for up to 10 years on drug charges and other crimes has another charge filed against him. On Friday, authorities had a warrant for 28-year-old Deon Turrell Johnson Jr. who is currently incarcerated at Oakdale. It is a Washington County warrant for a controlled substance violation with bond at $25,000. This charge follows an incident that happened the morning of August 11th when a person called authorities for a person in their home and that the man was then trying to get into a neighboring house. Washington Police responded and arrested Johnson for two counts of criminal trespass, one count of simulated public intoxication, and at that time charges were pending DCI lab results.
In September, Johnson was sentenced to prison for up to 10 years for selling cocaine last year and witness tampering in May.
