Celebration of life services for 72-year-old Elizabeth “Liz” Jane Rugg of Wayland will be at 11a.m. Saturday, September 7th at the Wayland Mennonite Church. Visitation will be from 4-7p.m. Thursday at the church. Memorials have been established for the Washington Library or WACO Foundation. The Beatty Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.
