Residents in Riverside are dealing with a power outage Tuesday. Justin Foss with Alliant Energy tells KCII News that there was an issue with a substation in the town this morning. Foss says crews are onsite working to correct the problem, but power is not expected to be restored until Tuesday afternoon. The Riverside Fire Station is open for those who need electricity and air conditioning. KCII will bring you more information when it becomes official.
