A $375,000 grant will be given to the Washington Municipal Airport. Congressman Dave Loebsack announced that the U.S. Department of Transportation’s Federal Aviation Administration grant program is giving funds to the Washington Municipal Airport. The $375,000 will be used to expand the existing general aviation apron to 5,000-square yards to provide more space for aircraft parking.
