The Winfield-Mt. Union golf teams hit the home links this afternoon when they welcome Wapello to town.

The girls have recorded a 236 team average per nine-holes in 2019 while Wapello is at 270. Sabrina Moody leads the Wolves with a 49-stroke average. On the boys’ side WMU has posted a 184-team score average and the Indians are at 237. Nolan Ross has been solid for the Wolves with a low game score of 38 and a 43 average.

The meet gets underway at 4 p.m. this evening at Winfield Golf Course.
