A candidate for the 2020 Democratic nomination for President will be making a stop in Fairfield Monday. Congresswoman Tulsi Gabbard will be holding a meet and greet rally at the Fairfield Arts and Convention Center from noon until 2:30 p.m. The representative of Hawaii’s second district announced her intention on running for President of the United States earlier this month. This will be Gabbard’s first campaign trip to the Hawkeye state.
