
Iowa Mennonite School senior Suzanna Yoder is no stranger to the IMS girls basketball record books. Recently, she put her name in the top spot of a prestigious category.
With her 35 point outing against rival Lone Tree on November 27th, Yoder tied the record for most points in a game. Her output matched Rachel Smith’s 35 points scored on February 1st of 1994. Yoder has scored 136 points already this season. Her 27 point per game average is best in the state in class 1A. Her 1,139 career points places her third on the all-time list at IMS behind Smith and all-time leader Angela Bock at 1,743.
