A Washington man could face up to 45 years in prison for a drug deal.
On Friday 42-year-old Tracy Milford pled guilty to delivery or possession with the intent to deliver methamphetamine, less than 5 grams, a Class C Felony. According to the Washington County Attorney’s Office on September 13, 2017 Milford delivered 1.72 grams of methamphetamine during a law enforcement operation in Washington. The charges were part of a joint investigation conducted by the Washington County Sheriff’s Office, Washington Police Department, and Keota Police Department. Milford was charged as a habitual offender for having two or more prior felony convictions. The Washington County Attorney’s Office is seeking prison for Milford, who may face an additional penalty for having a prior conviction for the delivery of controlled substances.
