From egg rolling to horse driving Washington County talents were on display at this year’s Iowa State Fair.

Austin Stalder of Washington was the champion in light horse/pony pleasure driving at the FFA Horse Show. Tyler Alderton of the Jackson Jets 4-H Club earned Washington County 7th place honors in the 4-H Horticulture Department with tomato and garlic produce as well a vegetable combination exhibit. Stetson Cole of Riverside received first place in the four-year-old boys division in the Pedal Power Pull, and Jared Waters of Ainsworth won first place in the senior division of the egg rolling competition.
