Last week, University of Iowa head wrestling coach Tom Brands announced that 2010 Mid-Prairie High School graduate Quinn Hollan has been named the interim strength and conditioning coach for the wrestling team for the upcoming season.

Hollan has served as a performance analyst for the Iowa football program on Chris Doyle’s strength and conditioning staff. Before joining Iowa, Hollan was the assistant strength and conditioning coach at Western Kentucky. He studied at the University of Northern Iowa, receiving his bachelor’s of science degree in exercise science in 2014 and a master’s of science in sport pedagogy from Mississippi State in 2016.
