Two men were arrested Thursday on disorderly conduct charges.

According to the Washington County Communications Center at about 1:41 p.m. 25-year-old Rollin J Bontrager of Washington and 33-year-old Joshua Lee Holmes of Olds were in possession of an ax and a crowbar beating on bikes at 440 North F Avenue in Washington. One of the men left on a bike. Washington Police Department located the men and both were arrested and charged with disorderly conduct. A warrant was also served on Bontrager for theft in the fourth degree for stealing a bicycle earlier this week.
