A Washington man was arrested Tuesday evening for indecent contact with a child.

According to the Washington County Communications Office, at 7:11 p.m. authorities went to a residence to check on a wanted subject. They arrested 29-year-old Eric J. Ryan for two counts of indecent contact with a child. It relates to a call for service from February of this year. Bond was set at $2,000 cash only and he was taken to the Washington County Jail.
