One of the trial dates for two Riverside parents charged in the death of their infant daughter has changed.

The jury trial for 37-year-old Anthony McCoy that was previously scheduled for February 6 is now set for March 6. On January 4 McCoy motioned for a different attorney and on January 10 Raymond Tinnian withdrew as his counsel and Doug Tindal was appointed. The jury trial for 29-year-old Ambrashia Chrzan is set for March 20. Chrzan and McCoy pled not guilty to the charge of child endangerment resulting in the November 2016 death of their 17-month-old daughter Avery McCoy.
