The Mid-Prairie Middle School will be having a rockin’ holiday time at the fifth and sixth grade winter concert this Tuesday.

The fifth grade choir will perform songs such as Jingle All the Way and Rockin’ Down the Chimney, and one of the sixth grade band selections is Joyful Rock. The sixth grade choir will sing The Message of the Holly and Rockin’ Rudolph. The concert will conclude with a number sung by both fifth and sixth grade choirs. Admission is $2 for adults and free for students, with proceeds going towards music department expenses such as purchasing sheet music. There will also be a freewill offering for the school’s auditorium fund. The concert begins at 7:15 p.m. Tuesday in the Mid-Prairie Middle School Gymnasium in Kalona.
