Iowa Mennonite School head volleyball coach Shannon Miller was recognized by her peers this week as the Southeast Iowa Superconference North Division Coach of the Year.
Miller has just concluded her fourth season at the helm at IMS. This year, despite injuries, she led the team to a 15-14 overall record including a 7-1 mark in the Superconference, sharing the North Division title with Mediapolis. This is the first time that IMS has finished above .500 since the 2013 season. IMS had six players named to All-Southeast Iowa Superconference teams.
