The Southeast Iowa Super Conference recently released the all conference volleyball teams and Columbus Community had three players recognized.

Maki Mendenhall headlined the action by being named to the second team as a hitter. The senior led the team in kills with 128 and 1.66 per set. She also was successful on 89% of her serves and recorded a team-high 34 aces.

Courtney Zaehringer was recognized as an honorable mention. The senior was critical in the offensive success, collecting the seventh-most assists in the north division with 240.

Anna Hamilton was also for honorable mention. The junior collected the second-most digs on the team with 205. Offensively she was successful on 93% of her serves and had 18 aces.

The Wildcats finished the year 5-26. They lose Mendenhall, Zaehringer, and Lupita Montiel to graduation.
