An Ottumwa man was arrested on an outstanding warrant out of Washington County Tuesday morning.

Henry County Sheriff’s deputies responded to the Salem Stub gas station at about 5:46 a.m. Tuesday after receiving a report of a vehicle parked suspiciously close to the building with a man inside. Upon investigation deputies determined the owner, 41-year-old Sergio Victoria Aguilar was asleep in his vehicle. Aguilar was then arrested on a revocation of pretrial release on an original charge of second degree theft out of Washington County and was transported to the Henry County Jail.
