A vehicle hit one rural Washington resident’s tree and camper in his yard and left behind a bumper before taking off.
According to the Washington County Communications Office, at 2:23 a.m. Wednesday the resident on Red Oak Avenue reported the incident. Authorities responded and located the vehicle in the 2700 block of Spruce Avenue with nobody inside and the vehicle was towed away. Two days later Washington County Sheriff’s personnel spoke with the driver and cited 23-year-old Jovany Reyes-Espinoza of Washington for failure to maintain control and reckless driving.
