Temperatures reached the low 80’s over the weekend, but so far this month they’ve been below normal in Washington.

On Saturday the high temperature in Washington was 81 degrees, followed by 82 degrees on Mother’s Day. The average temperature in the first two weeks of May has been observed at 56.1 degrees, below the normal 58.3 degrees. However, for the year to date figures the temperature is about four degrees above the normal average of 36.1 degrees.
