Graveside services with military honors for 71-year-old Larry Joseph Chapman of El Paso, Texas, formerly of Iowa City, will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, January 27, at the Elm Grove Cemetery in Washington. Visitation will be held two hours prior to the service at the Beatty Funeral Home in Washington. A general memorial has been established.
