The four-season cabins at Lake Darling have been available for reservations for about a week, yet according to Park Ranger Zach Haworth, they’re booked for nearly every weekend until December. The last time he checked, Haworth said they had over 80 reservations for the rest of the year. The majority of the rentals are after Labor Day because they can be rented for two days, as opposed to a full week. He added there are still many days available for reservations on the weekdays, and he encourages people to look into possibly staying during those days. Finally, he said they’re looking forward to seeing the public’s response to the cabins so they can make improvements to them moving forward. Reservations for all the camping facilities at Lake Darling can be done online using the Reserve America website.
