Graveside services for 80-year-old Donald E. Libe, of Washington, will be held Friday (7/15) at 11:00 am at Elm Grove Cemetery in Washington. Visitation will be held Thursday, (7/14) from noon – 7pm at the Beatty Funeral Home in Washington, where the family will greet friends from 5 – 7 pm. A memorial fund has been established for Hospice of Washington County and St. James Catholic Church. The Beatty Funeral Home in Washington is handling arrangements.
