Stanley Dale Rathmel

A girl riding her bicycle on North 4th Avenue in Washington was hit by a car Thursday evening. According to the Washington County Communications, at 7:23 p.m. in the 600 block of North 4th Avenue, a Chevy Malibu hit a girl on a bicycle and the car with a Siberian husky dog left the scene. Authorities arrested 73-year-old Stanley Dale Rathmel of Washington for operating while intoxicated – first offense and leaving the scene of a personal injury accident.

The name of the juvenile was not released and she had minor injuries.
