Day six of RAGBRAI this summer will end in Washington and the city’s theme for the event will be revealed tonight. Day six of the bicycling event is college spirit day. Washington’s theme and logo will be announced tonight at 7 p.m. at JP’s 207 in downtown Washington, the reveal party begins at 6 p.m. Approximately 20,000 people will stay overnight in Washington Friday, July 29th.
