Peppermint Forest, Lollipop Woods and Gumdrop Mountains will take over the Washington Public Library this weekend as patrons will have a chance to play life-size Candy Land. Director of the Washington Public Library, Debbie Stanton says the event is for all ages and will provide family fun. Stanton shares the library hosts events for all ages throughout the year to provide opportunities for community members to visit the library. She adds librarian Jenisa Harris has been working for weeks to get all of the pieces of the game together.

The life-size Candy Land will be open to all ages and is free Saturday from 1 to 3 p.m. at the Washington Public Library.
