Four people were arrested after local authorities executed a search warrant in Washington. Friday at 11:30 a.m. authorities searched a house at 1203 North Iowa Avenue. Forty-seven-year-old Stacy Dwayne Karr of Wellman was arrested for possession of drugs – second offense and 69-year-old Robert Wayne Milford of Washington was arrested for possession of a controlled substance – second offense. Thirty-seven-year-old Bobbie Jean Milford of Ottumwa was arrested for attempted burglary – third degree and 44-year-old James Scott Estes of Oskaloosa was arrested for burglary in the second degree and receiving, transport or possession of a firearm by a felon.
