Celebration of life services for 94-year-old Dale Smith of Washington will be held at a later date. Internment will be held at Friends Cemetery in Richland. In lieu of flowers, memorials have been established for the All Veterans Memorial Association of Washington, Hospice of Washington County, and the Avalon House Health Center inside Halcyon House. The Jones & Eden Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.
