Jaime Carpenter – submitted photo

A new face can now be seen at the Washington Chamber of Commerce. Jaime Carpenter has joined the office as the assistant director for the chamber. Carpenter is a longtime resident of Washington and previously served as an administrative assistant at the Washington Evening Journal for nine years and worked with adults with disabilities for five years. The Washington Chamber of Commerce began in 1935.
