Lending Hands in Washington and the Washington County Minibus now have new directors at the helm. WesleyLife announced Susan Wellington is now the marketing director of the Washington network of services including Halcyon House, Lending Hands and WesleyLife at Home.

Tracy Laws is now the director of Lending Hands and WesleyLife at Home after serving as the director of the Washington County Minibus. Lending Hands is an adult day care center.

Cris Gaughn has filled the opening as the new director of the local minibus. The Washington County Minibus is a public transit provider in the county, providing transportation across Washington County and is wheelchair accessible. It runs Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., and until 9 p.m. Thursdays. It also has transportation available Sunday mornings. Rides cost $2.50 each way within the towns of Washington, Kalona, Riverside, Ainsworth and Wellman and will change for rides outside of city limits.
