The 4-H hay bale decorating contest returned to the Washington County Fair after being absent for a number of years. Twelve clubs participated with designs from a FairStream Camper to cinnamon roll, Minions to a ferris wheel.

First place went to the Highlanders 4-H Club and their FairStream Camper, second place to the Riverside Clover Kids and their Poppin’ in to the Fair, and third place to 76 Progressives and their Minion.

Come on out to the Washington County Fair and see the decorated hay bales across the fairgrounds and enjoy all the fair has to offer.
