Visitation services for 88-year-old J. Carlton “Carty” Mangold of Washington will begin noon Friday (7/10) at the Jones & Eden Funeral Home where the family will receive friends from 5 to 7 p.m. Private family services will be held at Elm Grove Cemetery in Washington at a later date. Memorials have been established for Red Brick School, Hospice of Washington County and Planned Parenthood of Southeast Iowa.
