A time for friends to greet the family of 78-year-old Russell James “Jim” Frank of Riverside is being held from 11 a.m. to noon Friday, May 22nd at the Peterseim Funeral Home in Kalona. A memorial fund has been established for the Riverside 1st Responders and Riverside Fire Department. The Peterseim Funeral Home in Kalona is handling the arrangements.
