Funeral services for 52-year-old Kevin Francic Oxley of Wellman will be held at 10:30 a.m. Monday (3/16) at the St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Riverside. Burial will follow in the Wellman Cemetery. Visitation will be held at 9 a.m. Monday (3/16) and lasts until the time of service. A memorial fund has been established for Chase, Courtney and Haleigh’s education fund. Powell Funeral Home and Cremation Service in Keota is handling the arrangements.
