Yesterday morning at approximately 6:30 a.m. a two vehicle accident involving semi-tractors was reported near Olds. According to the Iowa State Patrol, a semi driven by 38-year-old Edgar Cartez Joe of Baton Rouge, Louisiana, and a semi driven by 28-year-old Nathan Lee Strunk of Mt. Pleasant were both traveling northbound on Highway 218. Joe was distracted due to looking at paperwork and rear ended the Strunk vehicle.

No injuries were reported, but both semis had to be towed from the scene.
