This summer, Relay for Life and the Corn Country Cruisers are teaming up for the annual relay event in downtown Washington. Tuesday night, the Washington City Council approved the event, which will use all of the parking space around the square on Saturday, June 13th. The car show will be held on the outside lanes while the track is closer to Central Park. The theme is “Cruisers Against Cancer.” Last year, the Relay for Life event was held in August with a football theme.
