Elsa from Frozen will be in attendance for Washington County 4-H’s County Council’s first Winter Wonderland Father Daughter Dance later this month. The dance is a fundraiser for future community service projects. The event is being held January 31st at the fairgrounds for girls in grades kindergarten through fourth and the special man in her life. Amy Green, 4-H and Youth Coordinator, explains there will be dancing, activities, light refreshments and a photo booth.
