The Golden Hawks loss their first seven games to start the season.
Mid-Prairie coach Chris Kern says there are a lot of issues but the biggest for his team has been on the offensive side, “We’ve got to get the ball in the basket and we get a lot of good looks but just can’t convert. Again whether that’s confidence, coincidence, we need to improve on that.” Coach Kern also says that defensively they have done well so far this season.
Mid-Prairie got a good performance offensively from Nolan Faselt in the final game of 2014, scoring a season-high 24 points against Camanche.
Mid-Prairie next game will be at home on Friday, January 2nd against Durant. Mid-Prairie boys basketball team headed into winter break still searching for their first win of the season.
